  • Proven experience in manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, and employee relations within a hospitality setting.
  • Familiar with labor cost management, scheduling, and employee productivity metrics in a hotel setting.
  • Ability to lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills, guest service standards, and leadership capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR policies, and hospitality industry standards.
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and conflict management skills.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Willing to work at Surabaya, East Java
