Kualifikasi:

  • Minimal S1: Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, Teknik Sipil, Manajemen, Logistik, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang SCM dalam industri EPC, meliputi procurement, logistics, material control, dan project supply.
  • Memahami procurement cycle EPC: PR → RFQ → Evaluasi Teknis & Komersial → PO → Expediting → Delivery.
  • Berpengalaman dalam pembelian: (Mechanical & Electrical equipment, Piping, valves, steel structure, Instrumentation & control, Construction materials)
  • Menguasai vendor selection, pre-qualification, bidding process, dan contract administration.
  • Paham sistem Material Take-Off (MTO), BOQ, dan material reconciliation.
  • Memahami expediting, pengendalian material, dan koordinasi pengiriman baik lokal maupun impor.
  • Menguasai incoterms, HS code, dokumen ekspor-impor, dan kepabeanan (PIB/PEB).
  • Familiar dengan alur EPC Project Lifecycle.
  • Mampu membaca drawing: P&ID, isometric, GA drawing, datasheet, dan material specification.
  • Mampu membuat procurement plan, expediting plan, dan tracking schedule sesuai baseline proyek.
  • Memiliki sertifikasi Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), Memiliki sertfikasi APICS/CSCP atau sejenisnya

Job Description:

  • Menyiapkan Procurement Plan dan Material Planning sesuai project schedule.
  • Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan material berdasarkan MTO, BOQ, dan drawing teknis.
  • Menentukan strategi pengadaan untuk efisiensi waktu dan biaya.
  • Melaksanakan proses RFQ, bidding, evaluasi teknis & komersial hingga penerbitan PO.
  • Memastikan pemilihan vendor sesuai standard EPC dan persyaratan proyek.
  • Melakukan review contract terms, incoterms, dan delivery schedule.
  • Melakukan expediting terkait progres vendor agar sesuai jadwal.
  • Mengevaluasi kinerja vendor terkait kualitas, ketepatan waktu, dan dokumentasi.
  • Memastikan kelancaran proses import maupun lokal termasuk dokumen logistik.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan warehouse untuk receiving, storage, dan material tracking.
  • Menjaga akurasi material reconciliation di proyek.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE, dan Finance.
  • Mendukung Project Manager dalam rapat koordinasi dan penyelesaian isu material.
  • Menyusun laporan Procurement Status, Expediting, dan Material Tracking.
  • Memantau S-Curve SCM dan risiko keterlambatan material.
  • Menjaga biaya pengadaan sesuai budget proyek.
  • Mengidentifikasi risiko SCM dan membuat mitigation plan.
  • Mengawasi tim procurement, expediting, logistic, dan material control.
  • Menegakkan SOP dan standar keselamatan (HSE).
