Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bogor for a Customer Care Specialist. The Customer Care Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide top-tier support, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves assisting with customer concerns, resolving issues efficiently, maintaining excellent communication, and collecting feedback to improve the customer experience. The specialist will play an integral role in fostering positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met throughout their journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and customer support skills.
  • Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction through problem-solving and proactive support.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills for understanding customer concerns and identifying solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bogor.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is desirable.
