Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee located in Surabaya. The Management Trainee will undergo comprehensive training to develop leadership and management skills while learning about various business operations. Responsibilities include assisting in project planning and execution, understanding company policies and procedures, participating in team meetings and workshops, and actively contributing to business development initiatives. Successful candidates will work closely with mentors and managers to acquire the knowledge needed to advance to leadership positions within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate strategies and propose solutions
  • Leadership potential and ability to take initiative in a professional setting
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of data analysis tools would be advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Willingness to work in an on-site environment and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
