Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Public Health - Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.

• Certificated AK3 Umum & TKBt2 by Kemnaker RI (having AK3 Listrik / Teknisi K3 Listrik by Kemnaker is a plus).

• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.

• Have a deep understanding of safety tools and its usage, safety process and the safety requirements.

• Experienced in making plan and program for the implementation of K3.

• Good Communication, Interpersonal and Influence skill, adaptive and Teamwork.

• Willing to be placed on project's site.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure HSE compliance with all relevant laws and regulations on-site.

• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, personnel, and work practices.

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans and K3 programs.

• Identify hazards, assess risks, and ensure control measures are in place.

• Maintain and analyze HSE records, incidents, and statistical data.

• Promote safety awareness through training and safety briefings.

• Coordinate emergency response and incident investigations when needed. translate
