Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural and interior design concepts for cinemas and public areas.
  • Prepare detailed construction drawings and coordinate with drafters and external consultants.
  • Adapt designs based on site conditions, feedback, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors during the construction phase to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Support in preparing Bills of Quantity (BoQ), creating 3D renderings, and overseeing project progress from the head office.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, retail, or entertainment design (cinema experience is an advantage).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape).
  • Strong design flair, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent teamwork.
  • Willing to work under a 6-month contract arrangement.
  • Willing to be placed in Head Office - Lippo Karawaci.
