Requirements :

  • University graduate in Chemical Engineering
  • Experience in Essential Oil plant is advantage
  • With more than 10 years in Production Plant
  • With leadership quality and team spirit
  • Good Communicating Skill at All levels
  • Both Spoken and written English
  • Able to do Job and project independently

Responsibilities :

  • Daily monitoring of production
  • Communicate with AGRO Team for feedstock forecast
  • Production planning and management
  • Schedule repair and maintenance
  • Troubleshoot operations issues and solve them
  • Periodic update and improvement of SOP Procedures
  • 3rd party contractors liaising and follow up
  • Ensure plant production is optimal
  • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.
  • Determining quality control standards.
  • Manage budgets and costs effectively
