Office Assistant Intern

As member of Office management team, your responsibility included
- Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff members, answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to relevant staff;
- Provide administrative assistance to the staff and management;
- Liaise with the building management to maintain good office services (air conditioning; power, hygiene, safety, etc);
- Prepare administration reports as needed;
- Conduct all purchasing duties according to approved purchase requests;
- Select and negotiate with suppliers for the best purchasing package in terms of quality, price, term, delivery, and services
- Handle some HR Task (when its necessary)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, e-mail, internet, etc.;
- Good command of English in reading, writing, and speaking;
- Knowledge of general administration and office protocol;
- Knowledge of principles and practices of the company;
- Good organization skills;
- Proficient negotiation skills;
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities are essential
- Effective reasoning and ability to resolve issues
- Demonstrates a high level of accountability and effective collaboration.
