Job Description:

Responsible and taking ownership of OKRs related to growth marketing process and resultDevelop a strategy for Growth Marketing Activities through the various channelsManage all marketing inbound initiatives, experiments with new channels to gain new leads Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their teamLead the growth marketing department, overseeing activities of the junior and senior professionals, and monitoring performance as a whole Maintain positive relationships across a variety of functions and roles, including executives, decision-makers, product managers, and functional usersEstablish ad-hoc projects based on weekly performance to maintain and improve direct and indirect internal performance

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years experience of Growth Marketing, Campaign, and Performance MarketingSavvy in Google Analytic, SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, and other digital marketing toolsExperienced B2B Digital Marketing in IT company is a plusExperienced in building and managing growth marketing teamStrong in Digital Analytics (expert)Excellent presentation skillsComfortable and confident speaking to senior executive
