Job description

  1. Prepare lenses for packaging according to released production orders and the shipment calendar.
  2. Conduct briefings with operators at the start and end of each shift to provide necessary updates.
  3. Ensure operators perform line clearance and daily equipment checks.
  4. Prepare consumable supplies for production use, including foil, blister packs, vials, etc.
  5. Monitor operator work to ensure compliance with established SOPs and work instructions.
  6. Summarize production data into the designated output form.
  7. Assist the Supervisor in ensuring production runs smoothly to meet set targets.
  8. Support operator activities as needed.
  9. Report any issues encountered during production to the Supervisor.
  10. Perform additional tasks as required by the Supervisor and/or Management.

Job requirements

  1. Min. Senior High School in any field
  2. Min. 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably in a cleanroom environment or medical device manufacturing.
  3. Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and packaging standards.
  4. Basic understanding of safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), and quality standards.
  5. Ability to manage a team, assign tasks, and meet production targets.
  6. Proficient in basic computer use (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry systems)
  7. Willingness to work in rotating 3 shifts
