Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards specific to production (corrugated boards, offset printing, die-cutting, gluing, etc.).
  2. Supervise quality checks at all stages: raw material inspection (paper, ink, glue), in-process checks, and final product inspections.
  3. Coordinate with the production, design, and maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
  4. Monitor production lines to identify deviations from standards and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
  5. Maintain documentation for all QC activities including inspection reports, defect analysis, and corrective actions.
  6. Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  7. Manage quality testing equipment and ensure calibration and maintenance are up to date.
  8. Train QC staff and production line workers on quality standards, defect identification, and best practices.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials meets required standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Ability to speak mandarin is a must.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in a QC/QA role within a carton or packaging manufacturing environment.
  4. Familiarity with quality tools and techniques.
  5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  6. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with QMS or ERP systems.
