QAC CONTROLLER:

Job description :

  1. To control and coordinate the QAC Depart activities to conform with the Quality System EN ISO 13485: 2016.
  2. To lead the QAC Department in in achieving the QAC quality objective.
  3. Handling Customer Complaints.
  4. Responsible to ensure that any customer complaint is replied to without undue delay.
  5. To control and ensure all QC Process Inspections are follow inspection criteria and procedure.
  6. Act as the QAC Head representative during customer visits and/or audits , audits TUV and internal audits.
  7. To Hold routine quality meetings with customers.
  8. To report monthly quality performance to management.
  9. To Lead the Process Qualification Section ( PQS ) team.
  10. To Lead the training team.

QUALIFICATION :

  • Female or Male
  • Fluent in English , Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Have 4 Years working experience as a QAC Supervisor
