Job description :

  • Responsible for influencer marketing and promotion in the local market, seeking overseas KOLs suitable for brand promotion, and establishing cooperative relationships;
  • Select appropriate influencers and content service providers, and control the quality of material content creation, including reviewing ideas, scripts, videos, etc., to ensure consistency with brand image and marketing goals;
  • Responsible for reviewing the performance of the influencers deployed and analyzing the quality of their content creation;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities through data analysis and market feedback, propose improvement suggestions and optimization plans, and accumulate excellent marketing cases.

    :
    Take ownership of the entire KOL collaboration lifecycle, from initial outreach and relationship building to proposing deal structures, negotiating terms, finalizing collaboration agreements, and contract execution.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years
    of hands-on experience in
    KOL/influencer marketing
    or a related BD role.
  • A solid
    network of influencers
    or MCNs in
    Southeast Asia
    is a
    strong advantage
    .
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end partnerships, from outreach to negotiation and execution.
  • Data-savvy, with a focus on achieving strong campaign
    ROI and GMV
    .
  • Experience in the
    beauty, personal care, oral care or FMCG
    industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    English
