Job Description:

We're seeking motivated Telemarketing Agents to join our team and drive acquisition for Sparks English. The Telemarketing Agents will be responsible for processing leads and ensuring high funnel conversion. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong sales ability to deliver effective sales pitches and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound chats and/or calls to potential customers from provided lists and/or lead generation sources
  • Identify and qualify leads by assessing interest, gathering information, and recording accurate lead details
  • Use persuasive communication to highlight course benefits and features, effectively answering customer questions and overcoming objections
  • Schedule appointments with student advisors for qualified leads and follow up with prospects who showed interest
  • Maintain and update contact databases with current information, ensuring data accuracy for future marketing efforts
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve sales and communication skills
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead conversion, contributing to the overall success of Sparks English

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in telemarketing/customer service, preferably chat-based
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and promotion skills
  • Strong chat handling skills and active listening
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work as a team
  • Ability to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
  • Service mindset: treating each customer the way you want to be treated

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
