Company Description

Jenama by GR GLOBAL, an evolution from Rashif Indonesia, focuses on three main areas: Food & Beverage, Education, and Wellness. We collaborate with various brands in the wellness industry, such as Calmo Medical and Bamed Clinic, while also developing activewear for Indonesian youth through partnerships like Rogue One. Our food and beverage ventures include in-house brands like Langshan and Nasi Rendang Nica, alongside supporting brands under Talenta Bar Group. Additionally, we lead storytelling and content creation through media projects such as Cokro Muda, The Authority, and Cokro TV, continuously exploring innovative narratives across various mediums.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Line Producer role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Line Producer will oversee daily operations related to content production, including managing budgets, coordinating pre-production tasks, and supervising all content production workflows. Collaborating with teams to ensure all aspects of production are carried out efficiently and on schedule, the Line Producer will play a critical role in maintaining quality and ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Line Production and Production Management, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Extensive experience in TV Production or any media productions and familiarity with on-set operations and workflows.
  • Strong skills in Pre-production planning, including scheduling and logistics coordination.
  • Competence in Budgeting and resource management to ensure cost-effective production processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Knowledge of local market and industry in Indonesia, particularly within media and entertainment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant experience in a similar role. (This is a plus)
