Kami mencari seorang Project Estimator yang memiliki kemampuan analisis kuat dan perhatian tinggi terhadap detail untuk membantu menyusun estimasi biaya proyek secara akurat dan kompetitif.

Job Desk :

  • Menganalisis gambar kerja, spesifikasi teknis, dan dokumen tender.
  • Menghitung volume pekerjaan dan menyusun Bill of Quantity (BoQ).
  • Menyusun estimasi biaya material, tenaga kerja, peralatan, dan subkontraktor.
  • Mengumpulkan harga dari vendor/supplier serta melakukan evaluasi harga.
  • Menyiapkan dokumen penawaran dan proposal tender.
  • Memberikan saran value engineering untuk efisiensi biaya.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal dan pihak eksternal untuk mendukung proses estimasi.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Teknik Industri, Arsitektur.
  • Pengalaman sebagai Estimator minimal 1–3 tahun.
  • Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar teknik.
  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan software estimasi (AutoCAD/CostX/Primavera diutamakan).
  • Detail-oriented, analitis, dan memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu yang baik.
  • Komunikatif dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
