This role focuses on estimating costs and planning the quantity of construction projects, ensuring the accuracy of calculations before the project begins.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare project cost estimates (RAB) and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
  • Analyze project documents, technical drawings, and work specifications
  • Determine material, labor, and equipment requirements based on project scope
  • Provide project implementation time and cost estimates
  • Communicate with the technical team to ensure calculation accuracy

Qualifications

  • Minimum education of D3/S1 in Engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in construction project estimation
  • Experience as a construction estimator (must attach portfolio along with CV)
  • Proficient in preparing BOQ and reading technical drawings
  • Understanding of industrial construction projects such as factories, warehouses, workshops, or mess halls
  • Proficient in using estimation software (AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.)
