Kami mencari Driver & Mechanic Trainer yang terampil untuk bergabung dengan tim kami di PT. Millennium Inframach Distribusi Indonesia yang berlokasi di East Cikarang, Jawa Barat. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan bertanggung jawab untuk melatih dan membimbing tim pengemudi dan mekanik kami untuk memastikan standar keselamatan dan produktivitas yang tinggi. Anda akan menjadi bagian integral dari perusahaan kami yang terus tumbuh dan berkontribusi secara langsung terhadap kesuksesan operasional kami.

Persyaratan:

  1. Lulusan D3/S1
  2. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Trainer Truck/Bus minimal 5 tahun
  3. Menguasai Bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tertulis
  4. Mempunyai SIM A

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

  1. Menyusun modul dan materi pelatihan untuk Driver dan Mekanik
  2. Memberikan pelatihan kepada Driver (Customer) serta Mekanik (Customer dan Internal)
  3. Menyusun jadwal program asesmen untuk Mekanik (Internal) sebagai bagian dari program pengembangan
  4. Melakukan monitoring terhadap SI/TI, serta program Improvement, Campaign, Rework, dan Recall dari Principal
