About the Role
We are looking for an
Area Sales Manager B2B
to lead and expand our Babyshop channel in the Mom & Baby category. This is a strategic role focused on growing revenue, increasing the number of active retail outlets, and strengthening brand presence at specialty baby & mom retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth targets and expand babyshop outlets across regions.
- Analyze sales data regularly & outlet performance data to identify growth opportunities, optimize inventory, and maintain healthy margins.
- Acquire new babyshop outlets (NOO) and strengthen existing partnerships through consistent engagement and support.
- Negotiate and establish long-term agreements with babyshop owners and resellers, including terms of payment, pricing, and promotional support.
- Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to design effective promotions, discount programs, and loyalty initiatives.
- Monitor babyshop and marketplace pricing to ensure compliance with company pricing guidelines.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to improve field execution and overall sales performance.
- Report weekly/monthly on performance: active outlets, revenue vs target, forecasts, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale or B2B sales, preferably in the
Mom & Baby
, FMCG, or retail industry. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing distribution channels.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills with retail and wholesale partners.
- Good analytical and reporting skills; comfortable working with sales data.
- Leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel frequently within Indonesia.
- Able to communicate in English (both spoken and written).
