Adecco is currently supporting one of BPO company that serves Social Media client in their search for Content Moderator (3 Months Contract; Bali Based).

This position is responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content across multiple platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal standards. Key duties include moderating and removing inappropriate content, handling user reports, enforcing platform policies, and preventing harmful online behavior. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and maintaining accurate documentation of all moderation actions and decisions.

They're looking someone who:

  • Minimum D3 or equivalent from all majors (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Fluent in English (Speaking, Writing, Listening and Reading)
  • Good attention to details & have a good time management
  • Able to watch sensitive & harmful content
  • Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shift schedules, including night shift
  • Able to join immediately
  • Willing to work in contract basis (3 Months)
