UPartners is currently growing a company in the wellness & lifestyle industry, building multiple brands and experiences under one ecosystem. We are looking for a Procurement / Project Management Intern who is eager to learn how to run and execute projects end-to-end from planning to execution - while working directly with experienced managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and executing ongoing projects (e.g., new outlet openings, marketing campaigns, operational improvements).
  • Help track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time execution.
  • Assist with procurement and vendor coordination for project needs.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to support decision-making. Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, management tools, presentations, and project.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
