FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Job Description

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Web Developer to build, maintain, and optimise our digital platforms — primarily on WordPress and Webflow. You'll work closely with our design and marketing teams to transform creative concepts into seamless, high-performing, and conversion-driven websites.

What you'll do:


• Develop and maintain responsive websites on WordPress & Webflow


• Implement and optimise front-end interfaces (HTML, CSS, JS)


• Customise themes, plugins, and content structure for performance and UX


• Integrate APIs, CRM (HubSpot), and analytics for tracking and automation


• Ensure security, scalability, and best practices across all builds

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years experience as a Full Stack or Web Developer with proven work on WordPress and Webflow platforms. With this specifications:

I. Front-End Development (Client-Side)


• The ability to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, functional, and responsive user interfaces.


• Core Languages: Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).


• Modern Frameworks: Strong hands-on experience with at least one major JavaScript library/framework (e.g., React, Angular, or )


• Styling: Proficiency in building responsive and mobile-first designs, often using CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) or utility frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap)


• User Experience (UX): Understanding of fundamental UX principles, web accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance optimization for the client-side

II. Back-End Development (Server-Side)


• The ability to design, build, and maintain the server, application logic, and database layer.


• Server-Side Language: Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (e.g., , Python, Java, Go, PHP, or Ruby)


• Back-End Frameworks: Experience with relevant application frameworks (e.g., , Django/Flask, Spring Boot, Laravel, or Ruby on Rails)


• Database Management:

o Proficiency in database design and modeling

o Expert-level knowledge of querying, optimization, and management of SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)

o Experience with ORM/ODM tools (e.g., Sequelize, Prisma, Mongoose, or SQLAlchemy)


• API Development: Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable RESTful APIs or GraphQL services
