Job Description

As a Full-Stack Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising our digital platforms ensuring a scamless and consistent experience across front-end and back-end systems.

This role requires a developer who's equally comfortable crafting user interfaces, designing robust server-side logic, managing databases, and integrating APIs Beyond coding, you'll help us shape the architecture, performance, and content management systems that support our brand vision

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimise both front-end and back-end of web applications.
  • Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) schema design, query optimisation, and data integrity.
  • Design and integrate APIs, including payment and authentication systems
  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee content management systems to ensure all information is accurate, updated, and aligned with the brand's design and structure.
  • Conduct testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end) to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with designers, marketers, and management to turn creative concepts into functional, elegant digital experiences
  • Document systems, APIs, and processes clearly and consistently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer or similar role.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards.
  • Proven expertise in CMS platforms and content management best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of database design and management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Proficiency in API development and integration (REST/GraphQL)
  • Experience with cloud deployment and containerisation (eg. Docker).
  • Skilled in front-end frameworks such as React (IS/TS) or Vue, and UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS
  • Solid understanding of back-end frameworks (Laravel, Express, FastAPI, Django, or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Katalon)
  • Strong version control skills (Git) and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
  • A collaborative problem-solver who values scalability, maintainability, and user experience
  • Experience integrating payment systems (Stripe, Xendit).
