Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Melakukan proses dan koordinasi dengan sales tim perihal KPR konsumen.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan pihak Bank mengenai update rate bunga bank KPR beserta program-programnya.
  • Memantau dan memastikan pembayaran cicilan KPR konsumen kepada Bank mitra tepat waktu.
  • Melakukan verifikasi dan rekonsiliasi data pembayaran dari Bank dengan sistem internal perusahaan.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan menindaklanjuti keterlambatan pembayaran atau tunggakan (overdue) dengan berkoordinasi bersama Bank dan Divisi Penjualan/Customer Service.
  • Menyusun laporan rutin terkait status pembayaran KPR konsumen.
  • Menjaga hubungan baik dengan pihak Bank dan internal departemen terkait (Sales, Finance, Legal, CR).
  • Menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan konsumen terkait pembayaran KPR.
  • Membantu proses serah terima dokumen legalitas KPR setelah pembayaran lunas.
  • Memastikan semua proses collection berjalan sesuai prosedur dan regulasi yang berlaku.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) di bidang Akuntansi, Manajemen, Perbankan, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1 - 2 tahun di posisi Bank Collection di industri properti.
  • Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang produk KPR dan proses perbankan.
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel) dan terbiasa dengan sistem ERP/CRM.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik, persuasif, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
  • Teliti, jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
