  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Commercial and Business Process teams to implement

    new & existing Global & Regional Sales Initiatives (e.g. Regional Top 10, Toll Group Top 200)

  • Identify administrative processes within the Regional Sales Organisation and work together with the Global

    Sales Operations Team to standardize and outsource these activities to our Centre of Excellence in Penang.

  • Propose and lead improvement and change management projects for Sales and CRM Processes.

  • Engage the global CRM Super User community and collaborate with counterparts in other regions.

  • Train new Country CRM Super Users, Sales Staff and Sales Leaders in our Sales & CRM Processes.

  • Lead Regional Implementation of new Sales Tools (e.g. ).

  • Proactively advocate and improve CRM Data Quality, including pipeline reviews.

  • Analyse weekly / monthly sales data (Pipeline, Volumes, GP Return on Cost) and highlight need for action.

  • Collaborate with Global Sales Operations Team to continuously improve the Sales Reporting Suite.

  • Work with the Global Sales Operations Team to generate Market Intelligence Insights relevant for the Region.

  • Prepare management weekly/monthly updates and reports for the Regional Head of Sales and Marketing

  • Ensure all global sales policies, processes and guidelines are implemented.
