About the Role

As a Sports Travel Intern, you will support our Sports Division in coordinating international marathon programs and assisting runners throughout their journey. You will be involved in research, communication with race partners, managing registrations, and ensuring smooth operational processes. This internship offers hands-on experience in sports tourism and event coordination within a dynamic and fast-growing environment based in West Jakarta.

What You'll Be Doing

  1. Assist with research, outreach, and communication with marathon organisers and international race partners.

  2. Help manage databases of marathon slots, runner registrations, and waitlists.

  3. Support event logistics, runner coordination, and preparation of pre-race materials (emails, guides, checklists).

  4. Assist in gathering runner stories, testimonials, and photos for marketing use.

  5. Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and internal documents accurately.

  6. Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Sports Division.

Requirements

  1. Minimum final-year undergraduate student (any major; Sports, Tourism, or Communication preferred).

  2. No prior work experience required; experience in events, sports, or customer service is an advantage.

  3. Strong interest in sports, events, and international marathons.

  4. Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with clients.

  6. Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle sensitive information.

  7. Able to work collaboratively with a professional and service-oriented attitude.

  8. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

  9. Languages: Bahasa Indonesia & English.
