Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Sales Engineer in the plumbing, HVAC, ducting, or building maintenance industry.
  • Strong understanding of basic building mechanical systems (water supply, exhaust, drainage, chillers, piping, and ducting).
  • Experience in tender processes, project cost estimation, and delivering technical presentations to clients.
  • Have valid clients database (Hotel, Restaurant, Apartment, Office Building)

Job Description:

  • Identify customers' technical requirements related to plumbing, HVAC, ducting, and drainage systems.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with project specifications.
  • Conduct product and solution presentations to clients.
  • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams to ensure design alignment and proper on-site execution.
  • Manage and monitor project processes from the tender stage through project handover.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new networks within the building services and construction sectors.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the plumbing and HVAC fields.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales activity, prospect, and forecast reports to management.
