Tanggung Jawab Utama:

  • Mengoperasikan dan mengawasi alat berat seperti Quester CWE280JD, Shacman F3000, dan Ekskavator Develon 530.
  • Memastikan kegiatan operasional berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur keselamatan dan standar operasional.
  • Melaporkan kondisi alat dan hambatan yang terjadi selama operasional.
  • Melakukan pengecekan rutin dan perawatan kecil terhadap alat berat.
  • Koordinasi dengan tim lapangan dan supervisor terkait kegiatan operasional.

Persyaratan:

  • Minimal Pendidikan SMA/SMK, lebih disukai memiliki sertifikat pelatihan operator alat berat.
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam mengoperasikan alat berat tambang, khususnya Quester CWE280JD, Shacman F3000, dan Ekskavator Develon 530.
  • Surat Izin Operator (SIMB2UMUM) yang aktif.
  • Usia antara 25 – 45 tahun.
  • Memiliki Surat Izin Operator alat berat.
  • Pengetahuan tentang prosedur keselamatan kerja dan peraturan tambang.
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu bekerja dalam tim.
  • Sikap disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
  • Memahami standar operasional dan pemeliharaan alat berat.
