Job Description:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assisted with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and basic recruitment admin.
- Helped with onboarding activities, including orientations and initial paperwork.
2. Employee Data & Documentation
- Maintained employee records and updated information in the HRIS.
- Organized documents such as contracts and personal files.
3. Attendance Management
- Tracked employee attendance, leave, and sick days.
4. Performance & Development Support
- Assisted in collecting performance review forms and preparing simple reports.
5. Internal Communication & Employee Relations
- Helped share HR announcements and company updates.
- Supported employee inquiries and contributed to maintaining good employee relations.
Requirements:
- Recently graduated in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration.
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage administrative tasks accurately.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Available to join starting
