Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify new business opportunities in manufacturing, automotive, and electronics sectors.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical and cost-effective packaging solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, conduct price negotiations, and follow up throughout the project cycle—from sampling to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, production, logistics) to ensure solutions meet customer specifications.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, customer activity updates, and sales forecasts to management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or B2B Sales in industrial packaging or related manufacturing industries.

  • Candidates must have experience in a similar industry.

  • Strong technical knowledge of packaging materials (corrugated board, plastic, returnable packaging, heavy-duty packaging).
  • Ability to read technical drawings (CAD) is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
  • Willing to travel for customer visits.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Having a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle is an advantage.
