Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust database systems to support business operations.
  • Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of databases.
  • Manage and optimize databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Tibero.
  • Collaborate with software engineers and data analysts to integrate databases into applications and analytics platforms.
  • Perform regular database backups, recovery, and updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner.
  • Write efficient SQL queries and scripts for data analysis and transformation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Database Engineer or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Oracle is a must.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Tibero.
  • Strong knowledge of database architecture, indexing, and partitioning.
  • Experience with performance tuning and database optimization.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with database security practices and compliance requirements.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to speak, writer and conversation with English (MUST HAVE)
