Role Description

Bertanggung jawab untuk mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru, membangun hubungan strategis dengan klien B2B, dan memimpin inisiatif pertumbuhan pendapatan perusahaan. Anda akan menjadi representasi wajah Fresh Digital di pasar, menerjemahkan kebutuhan klien menjadi solusi digital yang solutif.

Tanggung Jawab Utama (Key Responsibilities):

  • Strategi & Perencanaan Pasar:
  • Merancang strategi 
    Go-to-Market
     untuk layanan baru dan eksisting.
  • Melakukan riset pasar mendalam untuk mengidentifikasi tren industri dan prospek potensial (Lead Generation).
  • Akuisisi Klien & Penjualan:
  • Mengelola siklus penjualan penuh (End-to-End Sales Cycle): mulai dari 
    prospecting
    , presentasi/pitching, negosiasi kontrak, hingga 
    closing
    .
  • Mencapai atau melampaui target pendapatan (Sales Target) kuartalan dan tahunan yang ditetapkan perusahaan.
  • Manajemen Hubungan:
  • Membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pemangku kepentingan tingkat C-Level dan manajerial di perusahaan klien.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim Produk dan Teknis untuk memastikan solusi yang ditawarkan dapat dieksekusi dengan baik (Feasibility Check).
  • Pelaporan & Analisa:
  • Memantau 
    pipeline
     penjualan menggunakan sistem CRM.
  • Menyajikan laporan kinerja penjualan mingguan dan memberikan wawasan strategis kepada manajemen.

Qualifications

  • Pendidikan:
     Minimal S1 di bidang Bisnis, Pemasaran, Komunikasi, atau IT.
  • Pengalaman:
     Minimal 4-5 tahun pengalaman kerja terbukti di bidang B2B Sales atau Business Development (diutamakan industri Teknologi/Digital Agency).
  • Keahlian Teknis (Hard Skills):
  • Kemampuan 
    Consultative Selling
     dan Negosiasi tingkat lanjut.
  • Mahir membuat Proposal Bisnis dan 
    Pitch Deck
    .
  • Fasih berbahasa Inggris (Lisan & Tulisan).
  • Terbiasa menggunakan 
    tools
     CRM (seperti Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Karakter (Soft Skills):
  • Resiliensi Tinggi:
     Gigih dan tidak mudah menyerah menghadapi tantangan/penolakan.
  • Strategic Thinking:
     Mampu melihat gambaran besar bisnis klien.
  • Komunikator Unggul:
     Persuasif, percaya diri, dan artikulatif.
