KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor members satisfaction (Google review, direct or WA).
  • Showing initiative, problems solving skills, Staff training and Team leading.
  • Manages and motivates Reception staff in order to provide a high standard of service for members.
  • Handles any members' feedback or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by Reception and provides a fast solution.
  • Ensures performance of  payment recurring and Aging revenue are running smoothly.
  • Integrates and trains employees, providing support for skills development.
  • Ensures that all Reception and Housekeeping staff are well presented (Grooming & Hygiene) and also punctual.
  • Prepare Monthly Purchase order for Reception and Housekeeping.
  • Monitor the Inventory Stock.
  • Coordinate with related departments for any defect at Kyzn Area.
  • It involves scheduling Receptionist and Housekeeping Staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum bachelor degree or Diploma Degree
  • At least 2 or 4 years experiences in Team - Leader level & hospitality background, such as Hotel
  • Good English Communication (Oral & Written)
  • Office Management and good practical knowledge of MS Office٫ particularly Excel and Word, Google drive.
  • Highly organized, results - oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
  • Creative problem solving and Attention to detail
  • Interpersonal management skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
