PT Bounty Segar Indonesia is an upstart joint venture between a major poultry integrator in the Philippines and an Indonesian conglomerate. The company is focused on investing, organizing, and operationalizing major poultry facilities in West Java over the next 5-10 years. Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, monitoring market trends, and achieving sales targets. The role requires strong negotiation skills, strategic planning, and regular reporting on sales activities and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, including sales techniques and strategies
  • Experience in client relationship management and maintaining client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel as required for the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the poultry or food industry is a plus
