Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Compliance Operations Manager to join

our growing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for the coordination and

management of our compliance functions. The successful candidate will lead a team of

specialized compliance officers and will be instrumental in building and enhancing our

compliance framework to support our business objectives while ensuring adherence to all

relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities


• Team Leadership and Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team

of compliance professionals with expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-

Terrorist Financing (CTF), lending, asset management, payments, and regulatory

licensing.


• Operational Coordination: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the compliance

team, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently, effectively, and in a timely

manner.


• Regulatory Reporting: Manage the regulatory reporting process, ensuring the

accuracy and completeness of all submissions to regulatory bodies.


• Framework Development: Enhance and maintain the Group's compliance framework,

including policies, procedures, and controls, to ensure they are robust, effective, and

up-to-date with regulatory changes.


• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders,

providing expert advice and guidance on compliance matters to support business

initiatives.


• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across the

organization, and report on these risks to senior management.


• Training and Development: Develop and deliver compliance training programs to

ensure that all employees are aware of their obligations.

Qualifications and Experience


• A bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A

postgraduate qualification in compliance or a related discipline is highly desirable.


• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a compliance role within the financial services

industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.


• Proven experience in managing and coordinating compliance teams across multiple

specializations.


• In-depth knowledge of the regulatory landscape, including AML/CTF, lending, asset

management, and payments regulations.


• Strong experience in dealing with regulators and managing regulatory reporting

requirements.
