Job Description Summary

Responsible for driving commercial performance and day-to-day operations of a lifestyle-based F&B centre, combining leasing, marketing, and operations excellence.

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Lead overall operations of the F&B and lifestyle centre, covering tenant relations, marketing, basic facilities, and administration.

  • Drive sales, footfall, and tenant performance through activations, promotions, events, and casual leasing initiatives.

  • Work closely with F&B tenants and operators to support revenue growth and customer experience.

  • Manage budgets, cash flow, billing, collections, and basic financial reporting for the centre.

  • Lead and supervise a small on-site property management and operations team.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.

  • Around 5+ years of experience in retail property management, sales & marketing, or lifestyle/F&B asset management.

  • Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, and confident stakeholder engagement style.

  • Proven people management skills with experience leading small operational teams.

  • Passionate about F&B, lifestyle concepts, customer traffic, and tenant performance
