Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Catering Barista based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. A Catering Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service during catered events. Responsibilities include setting up coffee machines and stations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that food preparation standards are met. The role may require collaborating with other team members to manage event logistics and occasionally working from home for administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
- Effective Communication skills
- Ability to work in both team settings and independently
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid working environment
- Experience in catering or hospitality is a plus
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
