About the Role
BISMA Group home of Hijack Sandals, Akross, and Karrot is looking for General Affairs Staff. As a General Affairs Staff, you play a vital role in ensuring that both office and store environments are clean, safe, organized, and fully functional. Your work supports smooth daily operations, efficient facility management, and the overall brand experience our teams and customers rely on.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Asset Management
- Maintain office and store facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality.
- Coordinate repairs, routine maintenance, and minor renovation work.
- Monitor and manage company assets to ensure proper usage, storage, and upkeep.
Inventory & Procurement
- Manage inventory of fixed assets and maintain accurate documentation.
- Handle procurement of office assets, supplies, stationery, and consumable materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill supply needs for both office and store operations.
Store Operational Support
- Provide logistical support for new store openings and special operational projects.
- Prepare equipment, tools, and operational needs for store teams.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with vendors such as building maintenance providers and external service partners.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure service quality meets BISMA Group standards.
Work Trip Arrangement
- Handle end-to-end work trip arrangements including transportation, accommodation, itineraries, and documentation.
- Ensure all travel logistics are organized efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Coordinate with employees and departments to support smooth trip execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Administration, Management, or related areas preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in General Affairs, Administration, or facility-related roles.
- Experience in the retail or fashion industry is preferred.
- Experience coordinating vendors or supporting store operations is an advantage.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic understanding of facility operations, asset management, or general administration.
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot simple facility issues.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining safe and clean environments.
- Comfortable interacting with vendors and external service providers.
- Able to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.
