JOB DESC :
- Development and Management Policy
Recruitment - To manage and supervise the implementation of General Regulations relating to Labor, in general and specifically, Company Regulations.
To manage and fulfill requests from Management regarding the addition/reduction of employees (including creating job openings, selecting candidates, testing, and interviewing prospective employees).
- HR Administration - Managing all employee-related administration, such as work contracts, employee data, leave, and attendance.
To issue identity cards, announcements for employees, and provide counseling for any problems faced by employees, as well as collect feedback from employees for the benefit of the company
- HR Legal (Compliance) - Register, manage, and maintain accurate employee records, compensation, BPJS Employment and Health - ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and provisions.
Make report to OSS every 3-4 months in website.
Arrange KITAS for management
- General Affair - To manage and supervise in the usage of Company's Inventory :
Also other secretarial task required by the Company
including :
Car service routine
Extending the insurance
Daily Attendance
To supervise the Company's documentations (especially the validity of the documents)
Make payment list per month
Office Support and coordination
Administrative and clerical tasks
