Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily office operations & bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks efficiently, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth communication within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage documents, invoices, and bookkeeping
- Assist with simple accounting and data entry
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Support operational and administrative needs
- Coordinate with internal team as needed
Requirements
- Preferably bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (for bookkeeping)
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Domicile in Bandung
