Senior Fullstack Frontend

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer to build and enhance the UI/UX of a large-scale loyalty and rewards platform across web and mobile. You will work closely with an in-house engineering team to develop new features, improve existing functionality, and contribute to the evolution of a high-performance, data-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications for both web and mobile platforms
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards of code quality and best practices
• Work closely with designers to implement engaging, responsive, and intuitive UI features
• Integrate frontend components with backend services, SDKs, and APIs
• Collaborate with QA and Product teams to validate releases, fix bugs, and ensure smooth deployments
• Coordinate with backend engineers to resolve dependencies and support aligned delivery timelines
• Monitor and optimize frontend performance, ensuring strong web vitals and responsive design across devices

Mandatory Requirements

Industry Experience

• Proven experience in SaaS and mobile/web development
• Experience in gaming or digital advertising is a strong advantage

Technical Proficiency

• Strong experience with and (minimum 5 years)
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Integration experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets
• Version control using GitHub
• Familiarity with SDK and API integration across platforms
• Experience in cross-platform development (web and mobile from a single codebase)

Big Plus If You Have

• Experience with unit testing or UI testing (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, etc.)
• Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux preferred; Zustand, Recoil, etc. also relevant)
• Understanding of CI/CD basics (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.) to troubleshoot build issues and propose solutions
• Familiarity with responsive design and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Chakra, etc.)
• Skills in performance optimization and web vitals monitoring using tools such as Lighthouse

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Flutter or mobile development (basic level is acceptable)
• Experience with Storybook or building component libraries, especially for documentation
• Design collaboration experience, including familiarity with Figma workflows

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
• Solid sense of UX/UI design (mandatory)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
