Job Summary

PT. Lumina Property Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works across multiple project sites in Bali. The successful candidate will ensure all MEP installations meet approved drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
  • Ensure MEP installations comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and company quality standards.
  • Coordinate daily site activities with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor work progress and ensure MEP works are completed according to the project schedule.
  • Inspect materials, workmanship, and installation methods related to MEP systems.
  • Identify issues, deviations, or risks and report them promptly to the Project Manager and Operations Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, site regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit regular MEP progress and inspection reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and site implementation.
  • Able to handle multiple project sites.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
