Role Description

The role of Coach at 20FIT Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Coach will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized fitness programs, providing one-on-one and group training sessions, and ensuring safe and effective exercise practices. Additional responsibilities include tracking members' progress, motivating them to reach their fitness goals, and maintaining a positive and encouraging training environment. The Coach will also collaborate with medical experts and other team members to align training practices with members' overall wellness plans.

Qualifications

  • Fitness training expertise, including fitness program design, strength training, and cardio training
  • Knowledge of injury prevention, recovery practices, and sports medicine fundamentals
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills
  • Ability to adapt training methods to individual member needs and progress
  • Professional certification in fitness training or personal training, such as NASM, ACE, or an equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Sports Science, Kinesiology, or Physical Education) is preferred
  • Experience in fostering a positive and inclusive fitness environment
  • First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable
