About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Staff to join the dynamic HR team at PT Amerta Corona Sahabat Indonesia. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to support the growth and success of our organisation. This full-time position is based in our office in West Jakarta, Jakarta Raya.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings within the company
  2. Screen and evaluate job applications, resumes, and portfolios to identify the most suitable candidates
  3. Conduct thorough interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure a robust selection process
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  5. Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles
  6. Provide support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process
  7. Continuously monitor and improve recruitment and selection processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the Human Resources & Recruitment industry, Psychology (mandatory)
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and stakeholders, including English is mandatory
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  4. Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
  5. Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in the industry
  6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing a positive candidate experience
