The Role


As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the Product Platform and Consumer Experience domain, driving strategy and execution for core consumer products and platforms. You will work with Engineering, Data, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that address complex requirements.
This position offers significant ownership, cross-functional influence, and the opportunity to shape key fintech platforms in a dynamic environment.

Job Description:
  • Manage the product roadmap and execution for consumer platforms, including PPOB, E-Wallet, Vouchers, and Affiliate.
  • Develop and implement scalable platform architectures and integration strategies across systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure platform performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through launch and post-release optimization.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and KPIs to prioritize initiatives, improve product outcomes, and identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and platform enhancements.
  • Ensure technical compliance and seamless integration with third-party services and partners.
  • Align product initiatives with business objectives and customer experience goals.

 
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 4–5 years of product management experience with significant exposure to platform and integration-focused products. Experience in FinTech, including payments, APIs, transaction flows, or consumer financial products, is required. 
  • Demonstrated understanding of system architecture, data flows, and scalability principles. 
  • Hands-on experience working with engineering teams on technical solution design. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, collaborative environment.
