About the role
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to join our talented team at PT Visionet Data Internasional. This full-time position is based in Tangerang and will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts for our innovative technology solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Shape and drive growth strategy — design and execute high-impact sales initiatives that expand presence across Telco, Banking, and another cross-industry markets.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities — pursue strategic accounts, new markets, and partnerships that fuel long-term business expansion.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional value delivery and sustained engagement.
- Deliver compelling business proposals — craft executive-level presentations and RFP responses that influence decisions and close deals.
- Surpass ambitious targets by translating strategic vision into measurable commercial success.
- Lead and develop top-performing teams — inspire excellence, accountability, and continuous growth within the sales organization.
- Anticipate market shifts — leverage insights, trends, and competitive intelligence to steer strategy and maintain a decisive edge.
What we're looking for
- achelor's degree in any major, preferably in Information Technology.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT sales, ideally within IT solutions, digital transformation, or enterprise technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in driving complex deal closures and consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the IT industry landscape, emerging technologies, and key market dynamics across Telco, Banking, and cross-industry segments.
- Exceptional networking ability - adept at building and sustaining relationships with C-level executives, key decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive presence.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic, analytical mindset to identify opportunities and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Self-driven leader who thrives both independently and collaboratively within a high-performance team environment.
