Location: Silk Skin Pererenan, Bali

Silk Skin is a premium beauty and dermatology clinic in the heart of Pererenan, dedicated to combining science, artistry, and care to bring timeless, natural beauty to every client. We are expanding our expert medical team and are now seeking a Supporting Dermatologist to join our growing practice.

Mandatory Requirements

• Licensed Dermatologist in Indonesia with valid STR/SIP.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a reputable aesthetic or dermatology clinic.
• Proven expertise in injectables and advanced treatments, including:
• Botox, Fillers, Profhilo, Skin Boosters, PRP, Mesotherapy
• Medical devices: Microneedling, RF, HIFU, Laser Skin Rejuvenation
• Skin Scanner use for assessment, treatment planning & patient recommendations
• Medical-grade skincare knowledge and product recommendation skills
• Protocol development and patient communication best practices
• Strong understanding of complication management and patient safety protocols.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia to serve both local and international clients.
• Professional, ethical, and stable career track (not frequent job changes).
• Knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations, medical documentation, and reporting.
• Impeccable professional appearance and demeanor fitting an international-standard clinic.

• Strong consultation skills and ability to deliver personalised treatment plans.
• Proven ability to build long-term patient relationships based on trust and results.
• Passion for safe, high-quality, and natural aesthetic outcomes.
• Collaborative team player with a multidisciplinary mindset.
• Experience mentoring or supervising nurses and junior staff.
• Contribution to clinic growth through patient retention, referrals, and reputation building.
• Adaptability to new technologies and evolving client trends.
