We're Hiring – Aesthetic Nurse

Location: Silk Skin Pererenan, Bali

We are now seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing team — someone who upholds the highest standards of patient care and professionalism while contributing to an exceptional client experience.

Mandatory Requirements

• Licensed Nurse with valid STR/SIP in Indonesia.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed aesthetic or dermatology clinic in Indonesia.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, capable of communicating effectively with both local and international clients.
• Certified and experienced in:
• Advanced facial treatments and personalized skin health programs
• Chemical peels and skin resurfacing techniques
• Operation of non-invasive devices such as HydraFacial MD (preferred)
• Safe use of Lasers, IPL, RF, LED, and other aesthetic technologies
• IV infusions, including safe administration and patient recommendations
• Pre- and post-treatment patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and long-term results
• Accurate digital documentation, patient record management, and clinic software systems
• Knowledgeable in infection control, complication management, and patient safety protocols.
• Professional presentation and demeanor in alignment with an international-standard aesthetic clinic.

Preferred Criteria

• Experience assisting dermatologists with injectables and advanced clinical treatments.
• Skilled in supporting doctors to ensure smooth treatment flow and patient coordination.
• Strong ability in patient education, skincare recommendations, and product upselling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
• Team-oriented mindset, willing to collaborate and support colleagues across departments.
• Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Commitment to continuous professional development, staying updated on the latest treatments and technologies.
• Contributes to clinic growth through outstanding patient care, satisfaction, and referrals.
