Due to our rapid growth, we are excited to announce a new opening for an Application Engineer at our Head Office, preferably for candidates residing in the Bekasi area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for project implementation involving MT product applications and customized solutions. This includes creating technical drawings, preparing documentation, setting up facilities, managing project schedules, overseeing engineering resources, and handling other technical tasks related to the projects.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and customers, prepare customer site conditions, and coordinate project timelines. The primary focus is to ensure smooth integration between MT and customers, achieving project goals and maintaining high-quality standards on schedule.
  • Develop and implement programs and applications aligned with our products. Analyze customer requirements to design applications that meet their needs and offer innovative solutions to common challenges.
  • Organize and conduct product training sessions and seminars both internally and externally.

Mandatory:

  • Degree (S1)/Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, Electrical/ Physics, Physics Engineering, or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a process automation/instrumentation/Technical Service Environment, focusing in Electrical & Mechanical engineering
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
  • Mandatory: Able to read & understand Basic electrical schematic drawings
  • Able to integrate software and also instruments, previous experience/bootcamp in C# and SQL will be shortlisted
  • Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management
  • Good Technical Skills, Good Interpersonal and Verbal/Written Communication, Good administrative and organizational skills
  • Good Presentation skills

Preferred:

  • First-hand understanding of technical equipment, process control systems, and marketing processes
  • Domiciled in the Bekasi area, West Java
