About the role

Join PT. Morialand Berkat Cemerlang' as a Business Development professional. In this full-time position based in Denpasar, Bali, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and expanding the company's presence within the local market.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and pursue new business leads: Villa's owner who need a Villa Management company, in order to gain revenue to support the company's growth objectives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to uncover emerging opportunities and inform business development strategies
  • Develop and pitch compelling proposals to secure new clients and projects
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales and delivery teams to ensure successful client onboarding and project delivery
  • Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and continuously monitor the competitive landscape
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of business development initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bali resident only & have own vehicle
  • Proven track record in business development, sales or a related field, ideally within the Villa Management
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills to effectively pitch the company's offerings
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions
  • Proficient in conducting market research, competitor analysis and developing go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with lead generation, CRM systems and client relationship management
